What is the Coaching Academy?
The Coaching Academy is an extensive, intensive program designed to train individuals in becoming equipped as transformational, life-changing coaches. Through the process of the Communication Clinic and three additional Coaching Academy weekends, participants will be equipped as change experts. They will work a responsible perspective and maximize their own potential. Participants are empowered to notice their own limiting conversations and beliefs as they commit to seeing new possibilities. Learning to coach is learning to set-up relationships that provoke the specific support an individual needs to radically pursue their passion and vision. Coaches need to know how to listen, ask powerful questions, stand in responsibility with clients, provide follow up, and push clients to stretch themselves as they think outside the box to embrace life.
What to expect during the Coaching Academy?
During the 6-month process participants can expect:
- To not simply be taught “how to” coach, but to actively take part in extensive coaching practice each weekend
- To receive and give feedback
- To practice enrolling clients into six weeks of coaching
- To coach one volunteer client and four more paid clients through one of the six-weeks coaching processes
- To receive one-on-one coaching to develop personally further
- To read coaching resources designed to challenge thinking, extend listening/questioning skills and potential, and provoke conversations during training sessions
- To have access to a Generative Solutions Consultant throughout the Academy as questions and concerns arise (via email, texting, or phone calls)
- To investigate deeper into belief systems, prices/rewards, etc. – to be used during coaching
- To learn and work through many of the pitfalls of coaching
What to expect as a result of participating in Coaching Academy?
- To experience personal, powerful life transformation in all areas of life
- To be equipped to coach clients through the Transform Your Life and The Journey six-weeks coaching processes
- To have begun a coaching business including, name, niche, website, necessary documents, resources, etc. and 30+ hours of coaching experience with clients (to build portfolio and referral base)
- To be given the Transform Your Life Process, The Journey Process, and a multitude of other coaching resources to be used with clients as needed
- To experience substantial breakthroughs in communication, listening, and coaching skills

First Weekend – TBD

Registration Fee:
$1600, which includes the Communication Clinic weekend
$1250 if a grad of the Communication Clinic
